Nick "Ashes" Ridgeway has worked in the esports industry for over a decade including a past as a competitor transitioning into now coaching, management and content creation. Over the last 5 years of his coaching career, he has accumulated 22 event championships, the most of any console esport coach. He is currently working as the General Manager for UYU and coaching their dominant Gears of War team.
