Jennifer is a proven business development and agency
executive focused on providing strategic, organizational and financial leadership to the region
across all accounts.
Moving beyond public relations, Jen manages campaigns that do more than grab attention –
they demand interaction, generating long-term value for clients. Her global perspective and
expertise in communications, marketing, and content distribution delivers business results as
proven by the growth of the accounts that are under her purview.
Her music start-up has logged over 12M units in sales and a #7 Billboard Independent Chart
debut while her leadership at local analytics start up Fish Technologies supported their recent
acquisition by Patron Technologies.
Jen holds a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Political Science from Columbia University in addition to
a certifications in filmmaking and sports marketing. She was a founding board member of New
Jersey Needs You, an education non-profit and Executive Chair of the Korean Committee for
Roy Cho for Congress in NJ. She is a frequent public speaker on career pivots the diversity,
equity and inclusion space. Dallas Influencers in Sports and Entertainment (D.I.S.E.) has had her
support as an Advisory Board member for three years and she is President-Elect of PRSA Dallas,
where she previously served as the Executive Chair of the Diversity Committee. She is also a
member of IABC and ColorComm as well as the Dallas Chamber of Commerce Board of
Advisors. A big fan of theatre, she is an advocate for the arts community of Dallas.
