Clint Hail
North Central Texas Council of Governments Transportation Planner
Clint Hail is a transportation planner for the Automated Vehicles Program at the North Central Texas Council of Governments. At NCTCOG, he works closely with local governments, private enterprises, citizens, and automated vehicle and software developers to prepare the region for innovative mobility technologies. Before NCTCOG, his work focused on asset-based community development in both domestic and international settings. Prior to that, he was a captain in the US Army. Clint is a graduate of Richardson High School (Go Eagles!) and West Point; currently, he is a master's candidate in the City and Regional Planning program at UTA.
