For many non-traditional founders, access to early-stage venture capital or angel investment can be an uphill battle. With the rise in demand for startup capital, alternative mechanisms for fundraising - including crowdfunding, accelerator programs and grant initiatives - have also become more popular. This panel will examine the logistics of utilizing these fundraising tools outside of venture capital and provide insight into common pitfalls and perils related to their use.
