Dallas Startup Week 2020

In a recent survey, the Dallas nonprofit arts and cultural community has taken a $34M loss since the beginning of the pandemic, including layoffs and furloughs of more than 600 artists and staff. While many businesses have been making plans to reopen as restrictions lift across the country, art organizations are struggling to find a new normal that allows artists and audiences to return safely. Despite the uncertainty, the arts community have found creative ways to bring the arts into our homes — holding virtual events, performances, and classes.
